We have created the Dashboard Reports to enable data extraction for further analysis and manipulation.
This can be found under Dashboards > Service Desk > Reports
The grid shows customers where service desk cases where raised this can be expanded to show all cases included in the selected filters.

You can update the data by altering the filters .
This data can be extracted to CSV by selecting the CSV Export button or to Excel by selecting the Excel Export button
.
