Login requires that you have a valid username and password.

The Username is not Case Sensitive however the password is Case Sensitive and must comply with the following rules:

• 8 or more characters
• should contain at least 3 of the following:
  • UPPERCASE,
  • lowercase,
  • Numeric,
  • special characters

If you have forgotten your username or password you can request your username and password using your username or E-Mail address, which will be sent to you using your default delivery method of E-Mail or SMS as long as an E-Mail address or Cell Number are captured in the system.

Once logged in open your Profile to check you have correct personal data and change your password as required.
